Questions Still Surround Beach Flats Fires 1994

Not long ago, the Beach Flat’s Park Place had three Caucasian households. Today, two of the families have left and their homes are uninhabitable due to either arson or suspicious fire damage.

On Sunday, Nov. 28, just after 7 p.m., the Santa Cruz fire department responded to a fire at 206 Park Place, the home of Beth Jones.
